Dry silica sand plantThe process of dry Silica sand production line includes the following steps: crushing, separation, coarse beneficiation, fine beneficiation, winnowing and collecting. In the production line, the Silica stones are fed into the equipment on one side and become products of various specifications on the other side, which can be packaged right away.
Wet silica sand plantThe process of wet Silica sand production line includes the following steps: crushing, separation, coarse beneficiation, fine beneficiation, winnowing and collecting.
First, the materials will be crushed by the primary crusher. Next, the coarse materials will be transferred by the belt conveyor to the fine crusher for further crushing. Then, they will go to the vibrating screen where they will be divided into two categories. Those that meet the feeding size requirement will be transferred to the sand-maker while the rest, who fail to meet the requirement will be returned for further crushing. In the sand-maker, part of the materials will be processed into sand and become products after being cleaned. And the rest of the materials will be crushed for another round by the sand-maker.
