Calcite Process

Calcite, which belongs to calcium carbonate minerals, is the most common natural calcium carbonate. So calcite distributes widely. Calcite can be used to make industrial raw materials like chemical industry and cement. In the field of metallurgy, it can be used as flux; in building industry, it is used to produce cement, lime; in industries of plastic, papermaking, toothpaste, it is used as additive.

Calcite Production Line

The application in highway and railway: As the infrastructure construction developments, like highway construction plan, paving cement, the crusher industry will be stimulated. The stone crushing line can be widely used in the calcite crushing process.

The calcite crushing line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, centralized electronic control, etc. Its designed throughput generally is 50-500 t/h. Cone crushers, dust-removing equipments and other machines can be added to this line, in order to meet the different processing requirements of clients.

Calcite Powder

Calcite powder, also called GCC, which is the abbreviation of ground calcium carbonate. Its main component is ground calcium carbonate. It is commonly used as filler, and widely applied to chemical industry, like man-made ground tile, rubber, plastic, papermaking, dope, paint, ink, cable, building supplies, foodstuff, medicine, spinning, feed, toothpaste, etc. As loading agent, it can increase the volume of products, and reduce production cost.

Calcite Powder Production Line

The calcite powder production line mainly consists of calcite crushing equipments, calcite grinding equipments, and other related assorted plants, like conveying belts, feeder, vibrating screen, etc. The most common calcite crusher is jaw crusher; Raymond mill is the most widely used calcite grinding machine.

Raymond mill is applied to grind the more than 280 kinds of nonflammable explosive material into powder, which the Moh's hardness is under 7 degree and humidity level is less than 6%, like barite, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, ceramic, glass, are used in industries of mining, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy. For all these materials, the products size is in the range of 100��325 mesh.
