Chemical coal beneficiation is a process that concentrate the useful elements and dispose of impurities and harmful ingredients through a series of chemical reactions. At present, laboratories usually dispose of sulfur by chemical methods, which can be divided into alkaline process, oxidization process and agent extraction from the perspective of agent and reaction principle.
Microbiological coal beneficiation is a process in which certain autotrophic microorganisms and heterotrophic microorganisms directly or indirectly leaches sulfur by their metabolites, thus disposing of sulfur.
1. Preparation of raw coal: The process includes the receival, storage, crushing and screening of raw coal.
2. Beneficiation of raw coal: The process includes jump titanium-flotation joint process, dense medium-flotation joint process, etc.
3. Dehydration of products: The process includes the dehydration of lump coal and duff dust, dehydration of flotated coal concentrate, and the dehydration of slurry.
4. Drying of products: The process dries the coal by heat.
5. Processing of coal slime.
